Covid -19 - How we are protecting ourselves.

Here at Novas Insurance we are constantly thinking of ways to protect our staff and customers, to ensure we are all staying safe.

Our staff are currently working at home ensuring that they are as safe as possible. This may impact our customer service slightly with the usual complexities of working at home eg: less reliable internet connections, children home from school, pets in our environment. We know our customers will not mind the odd dog bark on our phone calls.

We can, but prefer not to send out manual documentation to our customers. However, if this is the only method our customers need then we have limited the exposure by only one member of our team making the journey, so please allow plenty of time for your documents to reach you.
